A promotional umbrella combines a useful product with brand artwork. Start with the intended recipient, the carrying format and the way the logo will appear when the canopy is open and folded.
Choose the product around the campaign
A compact folding model suits carrying in a bag; a straight or golf format provides a different presentation and storage footprint. Compare actual dimensions, weight and opening mechanism before selecting a model. A larger canopy does not by itself establish a wind-resistance rating.
Prepare artwork for an umbrella canopy
Share vector artwork where available, the intended logo location and a visual reference for scale. A logo on one panel, repeated panel logos and an all-over design require different artwork layouts. Confirm artwork orientation on an open canopy and the appearance across seams.
Review colour and printing with a sample
Screens display colour differently from fabric. Provide a physical reference or a recognised colour reference and review the printed sample on the selected fabric. Confirm the print method, coverage, position and acceptable variation in the project specification.
Include the sleeve and packaging
Decide whether the umbrella needs a sleeve, label, hangtag, individual box or another packaging format. Include packaging artwork and carton information in the brief so the quotation covers the complete product.

Send the model, quantity, artwork, target destination, requested schedule and packaging requirements. Minimum order quantity, sample costs, production timing and shipping terms are confirmed for the individual project.
